Club Monthly Report
Monthly Reports should be completed on the 10th of each month by one officer per club. Please submit your club's report even if you believe there is no relevant information. EXAMPLE) The January report is due on February 10th.
Post Training Survey
This is a survey that all officers should fill out after August 12th. Division 21 held Club Officer Training on this date. The survey is for all that were AND were not in attendance.
